Q:
On your website you
mention heat loss, what is that?

A heat loss calculation is how we determine
how much heat is lost in one hour through
building components, relative to the temperature outside
the building.
It is a blue print for the heating system of a building
and it's occupants.
Q:
Is Radiant Heat new
technology?
A:
No, in fact, it can be traced back as far
as 4,000 years, to the Romans and their bath
houses. Some believe that it was the first form of central
heating system. Back then,
they would build fireplaces in the lowest levels and
use the chimney flue to heat
the wall as the flue gases rose up the chimney. It wasn't
until the mid 1940's that
radiant heat, as we know it today, was being installed
in homes.
